Our Kitchen
Chilka's is a small cottage kitchen cooking the food of Kolkata: slow kosha mangsho, biryani layered and dum-cooked, cholar dal, and luchi fried to order rather than kept warm under a lamp.
Everything is made fresh per order in small batches — single portions for a weeknight craving, or trays sized for a full table when the house fills up.

The Menu
A single serves 2, a half tray feeds 10–12, and a full tray feeds a gathering of 25–30. Order by phone or WhatsApp.
